Cara Membuat:
1. Campur baking bowder double acting dengan tepung terigu. Aduk rata, ayak, sisihkan.
2. Kocok telur, gula pasir dan garam menggunakan mixer hingga mengembang kaku ( kaku = jika adonan diambil dengan sendok, sendok dibalik adonan tidak jatuh). Masukkan cake emulsifier, kocok lagi hingga adonan benar-benar lembut dan kental.
